Perfect location, well-presented room with everything you could possibly need. Bed like a fluffy cloud, shower like a waterfall. Hosts were angels. Definitely staying here again.
Oh, how I enjoyed freezing my toes off while waiting for the heating to kick in. So invigorating.

The location of this guest unit is perfect, just a short distance from the seafront. It offers a peaceful and quiet area for a relaxing stay. The room is well-decorated, clean, and stocked with all the necessary amenities such as snacks, towels, and a hairdryer. The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hosts are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
The unit could benefit from a few more hooks and coat hangers for drying clothes, especially during the rainy autumn and winter months.

The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped and incredible value for money. Free parking is a real bonus. The location is super convenient for buses to the center. Near to a local pub, coffee shop, and a Tesco Express so a handy location too. The hostess was charming. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Bit of a squeeze, but cozy and close to the beach. Shower was a treat and hosts were helpful. Netflix on the TV, a real touch of luxury. Proximity to Heathrow, so convenient!
Oh, just another rainy day in a tiny room with no hanging space. Perfect!

Loved the proximity to the airport, because who doesn't enjoy the sound of planes taking off? And the property being close to the railway station was a bonus, especially for all those train enthusiasts out there. And let's not forget the excitement of being near a beach - sunburn and sand in your pants, anyone?
Just wish there were more airplane noises to lull me to sleep at night.

The rooms at Central Ensuite Guest Unit With Free Parking in Brighton are absolutely fantastic! I loved having my own private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The hairdryer was a lifesaver too. Plus, each room had a terrace, which was great for relaxing and enjoying the view. And the fridge in the room was a nice touch too.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bathroom only having a shower. But hey, that's just me.
